Why have I never tried this place?! Houston Restaurant Week was the perfect opportunity to try Rim Tanon out, and we're glad we did. We tried a variety of their menu, but my faves were the creamy Salmon Rolls, Tom Kha soup, Khao Soi Ga, and the coconut ice cream. The portions were huge, the food was very flavorful, and we definitely took some food to-go. Service was very quick and attentive, and for those who are handicapped they do offer a ramp to enter the restaurant. The parking lot is shared between several other restaurants, and can fill up quickly on weekends. Would return for sure!

Delicious! We've gone to The Hobbit many times but never considered Rim Tanon until I looked at the menu on Yelp. We've been there or take out several times. Love the food! I'm hooked on pumpkin curry. My husband is addicted to crab fried rice. The atmosphere is really nice & authentic. It's not fancy or trendy j

Very busy spot with somewhat limited seating, for sure are busy on the weekends. The food was well spiced and flavorful, I opted for the Houston restaurant week menu so had a little taste of everything from the soups to the noodles and ice cream. I would try this spot again and order something else

I've been wanting to check this place out for a while. Ita Houston restaurant weeks so why not! The ambiance is very cozy. I love how you get to pick the spice level on everything. Not a fan of satay because I feel its the same everywhere. But it was DELICIOUS here. All of the food was just phenomenology delicious. The coconut ice cream was so good, not too sweet but also very creamy.
